The Castle of la Roche-Jagu, property of the department of the Côtes d’Armor, is a must visit place in Brittany. While staying in Pleumeur-Bodou, do not miss to plan a half-day there.

The park is accessible all year round, free of charge. The castle is open in season, the weekends of April and every day from May to September.

The ground floor of the manor can be visited for free and hosts an exhibition about the Middle Ages, through the example of the lordship of La Roche-Jagu. You will be able to visit the Great Hall and the medieval kitchens.

You have to pay to access to the floor which is devoted to an annual exhibition.

The gardens and pathways of La Roche Jagu, constitute an wonderful visit for the amateurs of nature, art, and peace: a haven of greenery, botanical gardens, a medieval garden with medicinal plants, a vegetable labyrinth through which children will love running!

La Roche-Jagu also hosts many events: Fair with plants and flowers, concerts, spectacles, conferences, outdoor cinema etc.
